After dinner on Friday night, I picked out thousands of choices from Teacher Meng's 100-course bread book and found a simple bread stick.

    1. All the flour used is plain flour, totaling 200g. 2. I added up to 120g, adjust based on the water absorption of the flour. 3. I didn't have the Parmesan cheese powder that Teacher Meng used, so I substituted it with cheese powder.
