Steps for Sesame bread stick

1
Remove the butter and mix the ingredients and knead them into dough.
2
Add butter.
3
Knead into a smooth dough.
4
Fermentation for 50 minutes, roll it into a rectangle (my panel is small and divided into two parts), and brush the surface with egg white liquid.
5
Sprinkle black and white sesame seeds on top.
6
Cut into long strips about 1cm wide, pinch both ends and stretch them slightly, twist them a few times to form a twist shape, and place them on a baking sheet, with both ends glued to the baking sheet.
7
Put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes (Teacher Meng's oven is too advanced and can heat the temperature separately, mine is more general).
8
Just color the surface and turn it golden.Sesame bread stick Make Tips
1. All the flour used is plain flour, totaling 200g.
2. I added up to 120g, adjust based on the water absorption of the flour.
3. I didn't have the Parmesan cheese powder that Teacher Meng used, so I substituted it with cheese powder.
