Steps for Leek Box

Mix the flour with hot water into dough and wake up for an hour

Chop the leeks, cut the dried tofu into small pieces, and make a total of 4 eggs. Beat 2 of them evenly into scrambled eggs and 2 of them directly into the leeks. Add salt, MSG, pepper and cooking wine, mix well and set aside

Take some of the mixed dough and roll it into a cake. Use a larger round bowl to press a mold on the dough sheet to remove the excess dough sheet

Put the mixed ingredients on the dough

Fold it in half and press it with your fingers on the outer half to create a fold

Put it in the pan and fry it until golden on both sides, like a big dumpling, haha ~
