Steps for egg tart

Remove the tarts from the refrigerator in advance and defrost at room temperature

Pour 110g of pure milk and 110g of Nestle whipped cream into the cooking basin

Beat two eggs into a bowl and remove the egg whites

Pour the beaten egg yolk liquid into the cooking bowl and stir well

Add 10g of condensed milk

Filter the stirred egg tart liquid and pour in the tart skin

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes
