Radish and mushroom ribs soup

I used to use radish stewed ribs. Today, I added some mushrooms to freshen up.

Soak mushrooms for later use

Peel and cut white radish into hob pieces

Wash the ribs and blanch them first

Start another soup pot and boil hot water. Wait until the water boils, put the blanched ribs in and cook for 10 minutes.

Put the chopped radish and the soaked mushrooms in the pan and bring to a boil, and cook over low heat for 30 minutes
