Steps for mapo tofu

Wash the tofu and cut it into small cubes.

Mounce lean pork, minced ginger and garlic, and diced green onions.

Put appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the pan, heat it, add the minced meat and stir fry.

1. We all have northern tofu here, which has a hard texture. South tofu can be soaked in salt water to prevent frying. 2. You can decide whether to add salt according to your own taste. When I use chili sauce, I usually don't use much salt,
