- carrots 50g
Steps for Green bean lotus root slices

Steam the carrots and press them into a paste.

Soak the green beans in advance, soften, and then cut into fine powder.

Bagged lotus root 1 section.

Mix the carrot puree and the green beans

Use chopsticks to slowly stuff it into the lotus root hole and fill it up.

Steam it in the pan and slice it before eating.
