Steps for Steamed perch with pickled mustard

Kill each perch and cut the fish obliquely several times.

Stuff shredded ginger into the fish, spread with 1 spoonful salt and drizzle with 1 spoonful soy sauce, and marinate for about 1 hour.

Wash the green garlic and cut it into sections, shred the ginger, and set aside appropriate amount of pickled mustard.

Place the bass in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes, turn off heat and steam for 5 minutes.

Remove from another pan, heat the oil, add the green garlic, shredded ginger and pickled mustard, and stir fry.

Pour in the juice from the steamed fish, add appropriate amount of soy sauce and salt, and finally pour on the fish.
