Steps for Braised pork with dried beans

1
Wash the pork belly and place it in a cold water pot. Add ginger slices and pepper. After boiling over high heat, skim off the floating foam, and cook over low heat until the meat is 7 minutes cooked.
2
Remove the meat and cut it into small strips of moderate size. Don't throw away the water for boiling the meat, save the stew
3
Heat the pan with oil, lower the sliced pork belly, and stir-fry the oil over low heat
4
Add ginger slices and green onion slices and stir-fry the aroma
5
Add light soy sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, and white sugar, stir fry for a while
6
Add in the soaked dried beans (soak 6-8 hours in advance) and stir fry for 2 minutes
7
Add the soup for boiling pork belly (Don't worry about being too greasy, the dried beans are far better than you imagine, eat the oil), boil over high heat and simmer over low heat
8
When the soup is collected until only 1/4 is left, add salt to taste
9
Change the heat to collect the soup until it is thick and serve out
