Steps for Braised tofu with meat sauce

1
Cut tofu into pieces, blanch in water, remove and cool, and set aside. Cut into shredded carrots and blanch in water.
2
Put the tofu pieces, meat sauce, and chopped green onion into the pan, open fire and fry them. Don't put oil in the meat sauce. There is oil in the meat sauce.
3
Stir in water until it is just flush with the tofu. Don't put too much.
4
Bring to the heat and simmer for five minutes on low heat. See for yourself when the tofu is cut big, and color it evenly.
5
Collect the juice on high heat, shake the pan, and push carefully with the back of a shovel (if you like shredded, too, stir-fry whatever you want!) Remove the pan and put some MSG and sesame oil, sprinkle with shredded carrots and chives, preferably with a little coriander.Braised tofu with meat sauce Make Tips
1. I have tried using other ready-made sauces; Xiaokang Beef Sauce ranks first, followed by Fulinmen Black Bean Sauce, but they all need to be stir-fried in oil beforehand and are not as fragrant as homemade meat sauce.
2. This dish is fast and delicious, making it a suitable quick stir-fry for summer.
