Steps for Korean cold noodles

1
Soak 200 grams of soba noodles in cold water for 20-30 minutes.
2
When soaking the noodles, pour the beef bone or beef stock into the soup pot, pour the soup package included in the bread into the stock, then add a tablespoon of Korean spicy sauce and two tablespoons of kimchi soup, stir well, boil over high heat, turn to low heat and cook for 5 minutes, turn off the heat, sit the pan in cold water or ice water to cool, and friends who like a colder taste can put it in the refrigerator and refrigerate.
3
Take another soup pot, pour half a pot of water, add the soaked noodles under cold water, and cook on high heat until they have just boiled. Then turn off the heat.
4
While cooking, shred the stewed beef, carrots, seaweed, and cucumber for later use.
5
Rinse the cooked noodles with cold water until they don't stick to your hands.
6
Place the washed cold noodles on the bottom of the bowl, place several strands evenly on the surface, and finally pour on the cooled soup.
