Last time, I told everyone that my husband and I don't like to eat eggplant, except for the two methods of eggplants with fish flavor and salted fish and eggplant stewed. I forgot that there is actually another kind of eggplant that we like to eat, and that is-steamed eggplant with garlic.
This dish is eaten in summer. It appetites and serves with rice. It is steamed and healthy ~~~
