Steps for fried rice

The best thing about fried rice is to use overnight rice. In the morning, when you see that there are only sweet potato leaves at home, you can use whatever you want. You can cut the sweet potato leaves into grains, or cut your favorite vegetables into small grains.2
Cut pork and pork into slices for later use3
Put the oil in a hot pan, put the pork slices on the pan and stir fry first. When the pork slices are half cooked, put the vegetable slices into the pan and stir fry until they are done4
