Steps for Black pepper bacon potatoes

1
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces, soak them in water for use.
2
Dice onions and pepper, and cut bacon into sections.
3
Prepare the dressing.
4
Add 10 grams of cream and 5 grams of butter (the small box I bought is 10 grams, so put it all in, but actually put it in less) to melt, add in the cut bacon and fry for a while.
5
The fried bacon will produce a lot of oil. Take the bacon out of the pan and leave the oil to fry the potatoes. Take it out of the pan for about six minutes (I can't remember clearly, it'll be fine if it's basically cooked).
6
Use the oil in the pan to fry the pepper and half of the onion until fragrant.
7
Then stir-fry the fried potatoes, bacon, and black pepper (I also added some cumin, depending on your taste). Add the other half of the diced onion (which gives you both the aroma of onions and the crisp taste of onions) when frying the potatoes, add a small amount of salt (because the bacon itself has a salty taste), and add a little bit of salt and chicken essence. Remove the pan and serve on the plate.
