Mixed cowpea with sand tea

Mixed cowpea with sand tea
I just came from home yesterday, and I brought cowpeas and shacha sauce from home. I like to eat fresh vegetables at home most. In a short period of time, from the field to the table, the vegetables are kept fresh and nutritious. Moreover, they are pollution-free and extremely healthy. So every time I come up, I bring some seasonal fresh vegetables. The taste of different brands of shacha paste varies greatly. This shacha paste was bought from a shop in my hometown and produced by a local factory in southern Fujian. I am used to eating it and tastes very good. And it looks grainy, unlike the Shacha Sauce bought in the supermarket, which tastes like bean paste.
