Steps for stir-fried mushrooms and diced pork with edamame

1
Wash the peeled edamame rice and place it in a basin for later use.
2
Wash the mushrooms and carrots, cut them into cubes and serve on a plate.
3
Wash the lean pork meat and cut it into dices. Mix well with salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, and starch, and marinate for a while. (I cut a little more meat and used half of it when making this dish.)
4
Cut the green onions into small pieces, slice the garlic, and dice the ginger.
5
Put appropriate amount of oil in the pan and heat it up. Slide the marinated diced meat in the hot oil and stir-fry it until done. Serve for later use.
6
Wash the pan with stir-fried meat to prevent the remaining starch on the bottom of the pot from being charred when heating. Put a little oil back into the pan and cook the chives, ginger and garlic. Friends who like spicy food can put some peppers. I put some green and red peppers when I stir-fry.
7
Pour the chopped diced mushrooms and diced carrots into the pan and stir fry over high heat.
8
Stir fry the mushrooms and diced carrot for 2-3 minutes, and add the edamame rice.
9
Stir fry for 2 minutes, then add salt, thirteen spices, and diced pork and stir fry together.
10
After stir-frying the ingredients evenly, add appropriate amount of water to the pan, switch to low heat and simmer for 7-8 minutes, and finally add a little soy sauce and chicken essence when taking out of the pan, stir fry well.
