Steps for Traditional Mapo tofu

    Remove the minced beef in oil first.

    Add appropriate amount of minced garlic, minced ginger, Pi County bean paste, pepper, cooking wine, and soy sauce to the cooked oil, stir fry, and add the stock and fire.
