Steps for Traditional Mapo tofu

Remove the minced beef in oil first.2
Add appropriate amount of minced garlic, minced ginger, Pi County bean paste, pepper, cooking wine, and soy sauce to the cooked oil, stir fry, and add the stock and fire.3
Add tofu and simmer for a while, add minced beef and continue to simmer, add sugar, chicken essence, and salt to season and serve on the pan.4
Finally, add shredded shallot, shredded garlic, shredded dried peppers, and pepper noodles and add clear oil.
