Soak glutinous rice in clear water overnight;
3
Put the soaked red beans into a pressure cooker and cook for 20 minutes until the red beans are soft and rotten;
4
Filter off the boiled red beans for later use;
5
Prepare the steaming drawer and cover it with a layer of old loofah net;
6
Mix the red beans and glutinous rice, mix with a little salt, and pour into a steaming drawer to flatten;
7
Place it on the steaming rack in the pan and steam under water;
8
Cover and steam for 1 hour over high heat. If you feel that the glutinous rice is too dry halfway, dip your hands in water and sprinkle on the glutinous rice;
9
You can start making braised pork ribs at a later time and blanch the pork ribs with water to wash away the blood foam;
10
Put the ribs into a pressure cooker, add appropriate amount of water, soy sauce, rock sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate, and cooking wine;
11
Fire first and then press on medium heat for about 12 minutes;

Open the lid and collect the juice over high heat for the cooked ribs. Wait until the oil comes out of the ribs. Don't collect the juice too dry. Keep it for later use;
13
An hour later, the red bean glutinous rice is steamed and put out of the pan;
14
Remove part of the red bean glutinous rice and place the cooked braised pork ribs on top;
15
Cover the red bean glutinous rice that has just been taken out back on the ribs, and pour the ribs juice evenly on the glutinous rice;

Continue to steam in the pan for 30 minutes;
