Steps for Shanzhai version of glutinous rice roll

Soak the glutinous rice in milk with a proper amount of sugar for 24 hours, and steam it into soft glutinous rice.

Glutinous rice flour and chocolate condensed milk.

Mix into dough without water, completely mix with condensed milk. Don't use too much powder, knead it as soft as possible.
