I have read several articles on the Internet about making noodles. So I learned to play tricks. I don't know if the bowl of noodles I made is stewed noodles. Anyway, as long as it tastes delicious, the name is secondary. It doesn't matter whether it is authentic or not.

    1) Knead the dough until it is firm so the noodles will be chewier. 2) You can replace the soup ingredients with other things you like; simmer the soup until it is thicker and it will be more flavorful.
