Steps for braised pig's trotters

Soak pig's trotters in clear water for 1 hour.

Prepare the accessories.

Fly the pig's trotters into the water and fish them out.

After fishing out, rinse off the blood foam with clean water.

Put a little oil in the pan and add the rock sugar. Reduce heat until the rock sugar gradually melts and bubbles.
