Steps for Shrimp tofu

Peel fresh shrimps alive, wash and place on a plate, add a little salt, rice wine, and millet powder, marinate for 10 to 20 minutes.2
Put a proper amount of oil in the hot pan. After the oil is boiled, add a proper amount of Sichuan bean paste, add diced Sichuan pickled peppers, soak ginger, and pepper. After frying until fragrant, pour the chopped tofu into the pan and stir well. After two minutes, add water that has just not eaten the tofu. After boiling over high heat, add shrimp meat, stir fry again, and add appropriate amount of salt. When the water is boiled until the juice is over, add the hooked rice flour, cook again, and add a little five-spice powder, salt and pepper powder, and chicken essence. Stir well, remove from the pan and plate.3
Finally, sprinkle with chives and coriander, and the taste will immediately float out and hook your stomach. It's a good way to go with rice.4
When making it for my baby, I only add ginger, garlic, and oil, but my daughter ate it all.
