Lean meat version of farmhouse fried meat
This is my mother's best dish in my memory. In fact, my mother is not very good at cooking. Only this dish is fried and killed every time she makes it. It has been a long time since I have been home. I miss my family, my mother, and the food that is not delicious to others. I have never learned to cook at home, so now I can only try this "fried meat" based on my impression. "Fried pork" is the name of our hometown. It is actually fried pork slices with green pepper. However, in my impression, its taste is incomparable to that of fried pork slices with green pepper. I think there is another most important reason. The raw materials used by my mother, domesticated pork, are different from the green pepper, garlic sprouts, and the powder used at home. Well, that's right.

Although the taste was not as delicious as what my mother cooked, my husband still praised it. He, who has never liked to eat lean meat, ate it all today, plus two and a half bowls of rice. Haha, initial success, work hard next time!
