Steps for Roasted beef with radish
1
Wash the beef, cut it into pieces (preferably the size of mahjong tiles), use a frying pan to boil water until it boils, put the beef pieces into the boiling water, cook for a while, remove the blood foam in the water, and then pick up the beef.2
Wash the wok, dry it, add oil on high heat (twice as much as usual when cooking), wait until the oil is cooked, turn down the heat, add half a tablespoon of white sugar (the color will be very nice), gently stir with the spatula, and add bean paste, ginger, garlic, and scallions to stir-fry until fragrant, add beef and stir-fry for a while, then add roast chicken sauce, then stir fry until fragrant, add stock (bone soup or fish soup is fine, if there is no stock, use two tablespoons of chicken essence and water, water volume: 2.5 bowls for eating bowl) to boil.3
Transfer to a pressure cooker, over high heat, add radish, add salt, chicken essence, cover tightly, and wait for 25 minutes.4
Pour over the pan and sprinkle with chopped green onion or coriander.
