Cool and relieve fever, detoxify and diuretic, treat cough, and reduce skin viruses (such as youth beans).
(In addition, Guangfu people do not eat mung bean porridge rashly. They must burn mung beans until they are sandy, and they must also prepare drugs such as Guangpi to avoid excessive cold. Even so, people who are slightly weaker or think they are in vain will still be reluctant to thank you when they see it.)

Steps for Kelp and mung bean syrup
1
Green beans: If you are lazy, wash and soak for half an hour, set aside for later use. If you want to taste good, remove the green bean shells.2
Vanilla/tangerine peel: If tangerine peel is used, soak it with water to soften, scrape off the ladle, and wash it clean. If you use vanilla, just wash it clean. Chop up those you like stronger flavors, and cut up those you don't like to eat into large slices, but don't leave them out. If you don't leave them out, there will be no flavor.3
Kelp: Soak until soft and cut into small pieces. Cut wider if you like to taste good, and cut thinner if you like to be delicate.4
While processing the materials, boil a pot of water, pour green beans, vanilla/tangerine peel, and seaweed into the pot, and cook over medium heat for about 2 hours. Remember to add water when cooking, otherwise it will be easy to paste, or it may be cooked. Pour sugar water into syrup.5
When the mung beans are all cooked, add rock sugar to your taste and cook for another 15 minutes. In this way, the delicious mung bean paste will be cooked.Kelp and mung bean syrup Make Tips
How to eat:
1. Eat directly while hot (suitable for all seasons!);
2. Put in the refrigerator and eat chilled (a great taste to relieve summer heat!);
3. Add tangyuan and eat hot (satisfy two wishes at once!)
Note:
1. Mung beans can quench thirst, promote urination, reduce swelling, regulate qi, relieve summer heat and irritability, and are beneficial to the stomach and intestines. Since mung beans are cooling in nature, those with a weak spleen or stomach (deficiency cold), loose stools, insufficient kidney qi, lower back pain, or cold limbs should avoid consuming too much.
2. The function of kelp is similar to that of laver. However, do not soak or wash kelp for too long, as prolonged soaking will dissolve its iodine and mannitol (which have functions of reducing swelling and promoting urination).
