Steps for Super tempting mixed soybean sprouts

Wash the raw materials in light salt water for about 10 minutes.

Put the soybean sprouts into boiling water and blanch them. After the water boils again for 2 minutes, remove them and soak them in cold water. (After I shower the soybean sprouts, I put them directly in the refrigerator).

Prepare chopped green onion, onions, ginger, star anise, and pepper.
