Steps for Private noodles with bean paste

Preparation: Pi County bean paste. And soy sauce. I don't have sweet flour sauce at home, so I only use soy sauce instead of sweet flour sauce.

Prepare the chopped pork minced.

Chop the onions and ginger into minced meat.

Spoon two spoonfuls of Pi County bean paste

Spoon two spoonfuls of soybean paste and mix into the bean paste and stir well

Put the minced meat into the pan and stir-fry, add some minced ginger. Whitening and blooming

Put oil in the pan. The amount of oil is similar to the amount of stirred fried sauce. Then pour the fried sauce in and stir fry. This process requires constant stirring

Pour the stir-fried minced meat in and stir fry together. Keep stir-frying on the way, so that you don't have to mess up.

Put the tomatoes in hot water to peel them easily. Peel the skin and cut into slices.
