Steps for taro cake

Wash the taro, remove the front and back roots, and beat them in the microwave oven; press the ripe taro in a bowl and use a spoon to make a paste.2
Stir appropriate amount of flour, water, and a little salt and knead into dough. Divide the dough into each small dough, flatten it, wrap in some taro puree, and knead it into a round shape in the palm of your hand.3
Fire the fire, dip the inside of the pan with a small amount of oil (avoid the dough touching the pan), place the small dough around the pan, flatten the dough with a spoon, heat each side for a minute or two, and you can leave the pan.

Because the taro cakes are relatively light in taste, you can add some seasonings and eat them according to your personal taste. I use ketchup and it tastes good.
