I have been thinking about what to eat recently. The weather is too hot and I don't want to eat. Anyway, I have plenty of time on the weekend, so let's start making dumplings!

Steps for steamed dumplings

Seal the dumpling skin firmly, then bend the ends of the dumpling towards the middle. Close together and pinch the edges of the dumplings at both ends to each other so that the semicircular edges are slightly upward.

Triangle dumplings are made by kneading the skin into a triangle.

crescent moon dumplings Make a fist with your left hand, stretch out your thumb and index finger naturally, take a dumpling skin, place it on and add the stuffing, pinch the right corner, gently push the inner skin outward with your right thumb, fold the outer skin with your index finger, and fold it tightly with your right thumb.
