Cut large pieces of oily meat, place the meat slices downward in a steaming bowl, then cover with the processed shredded dried bamboo shoots, shredded prunes and vegetables, add onions, ginger, cooking wine, white sugar, and June fresh, and cook the meat. After it is crisp and soft, put it into the carved pumpkin. After dressing up, steam the pumpkin crispy and serve.
