Winter melon and eggplant
A delicious steamed vegetable with little or no oil. It tastes great!!

Steps for Winter melon and eggplant

Cut the eggplant into an octopus shape (for better flavor), and cut the wax gourd into large pieces with a knife in the middle (cut the middle in order to sandwich the meat).2
Chop the green onions and slice the meat (cut the meat thin and make sure it can fit in the wax gourd). Of course, if you use bacon, it will be fine just before you put it in.3
Before serving the meat, apply sauce to the middle of the winter melon (flavor) eggplant and wrap the inside of the paw with sauce, preferably sprinkled with some salt (remember to sprinkle on the eggplant).4
Set the plate and evenly coat the eggplant and wax gourd with a layer of sauce.5
Steam under water for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove the pan and sprinkle with chopped green onion and finish.
