Steps for Shrimp tofu

Prepare materials.

Put appropriate amount of salt and starch in the shrimps, and marinate evenly with your hands.

Cut the tofu into small pieces, cut gently. The tender tofu will break easily.

Put the spring onion and shredded ginger in a bowl, and add appropriate amount of water.

Add soy sauce, sweet flour paste, appropriate amount of salt, and sesame oil to make juice.

After the pan is heated, pour in the oil used for frying, add in the tofu pieces, and gently push the handle of the pan.

Gently fry both sides.

Pour in the mixed juice.

Cover and cook for about 5 minutes to soak the tofu.
