Steps for Chop pepper and preserved egg mixed with tofu

Cut the tofu into pieces, spread it on a plate and place it until you like it. Heat it in the microwave for about 1 minute, take it out and scoop out excess water for later use.

Remove the shell and cut the preserved egg into pieces and place it on the tofu. I only used 5 small pieces to put it on top. Cut the remaining preserved eggs into small pieces and place them in a seasoning bowl. Add a tablespoon of chopped pepper/garlic chili sauce, garlic kernels, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, chopped green onion, coriander, and chili oil to make your favorite seasoning.

Just pour 2 miles of prepared seasoning on the prepared preserved egg tofu. Mix well while eating.
