I like to eat spicy food, but I rarely make it at home because the two girls in my family don't eat spicy food. In order to be able to eat by themselves, we have to slowly cultivate the two of them, haha.
I made tofu and used Pi County bean paste with only a little bit, so it was not spicy, although it looked red. The little girl tried it and said it was delicious but not spicy. Hehe, that's fine.

Steps for Sausage tofu

1
Chop the sausage, green pepper, and garlic for later use.
2
Remove the oil pan, saute the ginger, garlic and green peppers, add the sausage and saute until fragrant.
3
Add a little bean paste and stir fry until fragrant.
4
Disperse and stir-fry.
5
Add tofu and mix well.
6
Add some water and cook for a minute.
7
Add some cilantro leaves and season with salt before taking out the pan. It's out of the pot. It looks red, but it's actually not spicy.
