Steps for Steamed chicken with taro and mushroom

Pour the taro into the water so that you won't feel a little "hai" when eating it.

Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, peanut oil, and ginger slices for ten minutes

Put the taro on the bottom of the plate

Then spread the marinated chicken on top of the taro, and place the mushrooms on top of the chicken. In this way, the chicken recipe will penetrate into the taro to make it more fragrant and delicious. Just pour some peanut oil on it when it's almost ripe

This is the finished product. The taro underneath is really delicious.
