Prepare the ingredients, fresh river shrimp or river shrimp. I made it with river shrimp.

Heat the oil and add the shredded ginger first, then quickly add the river shrimp and pepper. Stir fry the leek flowers until they are ready to be cooked (about 6 minutes), add in the seasoning, remove from the pan and plate. Need some water halfway through.
