Steps for Chopping pepper and tofu bamboo

I bought fresh yuba (if you pack it, you need to use warm blisters to make it).

After the water, the tofu bamboo pork belly is washed with a little green pepper, chopped pepper, ginger and garlic.

First stir-fry the pork belly until it is oily.

Stir the ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Pour in the tofu bamboo and green pepper and stir fry.

Add chopped pepper (chopped pepper is salty so I didn't add salt).

Cook in a small amount of soy sauce and pepper oil, stir fry well.
