Stewed fish tail with papaya

There is still one left in the box of papaya from the last time. If we don't eliminate it, it will rot away. It is used to stew fish tails. The delicious ones can also be used for beauty. Kill two birds with one stone, hehe.

Steps for Stewed fish tail with papaya

Wash the fish tail and cut the papaya into large pieces.

Wash the papaya and cut it into slices for later use.

Remove the oil pan and fry the fish on both sides.

Pour in water and bring to a boil.

Transfer to the soup pot, add papaya, red dates, wolfberry fruit, and two slices of ginger and simmer together on slow fire.
