Steps for Rock sugar trotters

1
Wash the pig's trotters, chop them into pieces, add boiling water to blanch, take them out and rinse them thoroughly, put them into a voltage cooker, put a few slices of ginger, press for about 25 minutes, and take them out. This is semi-finished product

Here are the ingredients. I have two onions here. Friends who don't like them can leave them alone or put them less.
3
Put oil in the pan, and add ginger slices and rock sugar when it is 50% hot.
4
Add the soy sauce and cooking wine, over medium heat, stir-fry the iced grains to melt, and just foam. This is fried sugar color.
5
Put in the semi-finished product and stir fry until the surface is colored.
6
Add boiling water just over the pig's trotters, bring to a boil over high heat, and change to medium to medium heat. Add a little soy sauce and salt, and cover for about 15 minutes.
7
Add edamame and onions, and continue to simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes.
8
Bring to the pan after 15 minutes, collect the juice over high heat, add a little chicken essence, and remove from the pan.

This is a finished product, and there was no modification before shooting because one person was really busy. Work hard next time!! thank
