Steps for Braised taro tofu pork bun

1
Peel the meat before it is served.
2
Cut chopped green onion, minced ginger, add 1 egg, and add into the meat filling.
3
Add salt, sugar, pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil, and stir with chicken essence to make filling.
4
Taro peeled.
5
Cut into slices and soak in water (control the water before frying).
6
Wash fried tofu soak and set aside.
7
Take a fried tofu bubble and use a small plate to insert a hole in one side.
8
Squeeze a little with your hands and add the meat filling.
9
Put the meat paste into the fried tofu foam and firm it.
10
Pour all the meat paste into the fried tofu foam in turn. (Note: The meat filling in the fried tofu bubble must be filled and compacted so that it will not collapse after cooking well)
11
Put oil in the pan and heat it up, saute the ginger and garlic slices until fragrant.
12
Add taro and tofu meat bun and stir-fry briefly.
13
Add soy sauce, salt, sugar, and appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, cover and turn to low heat, and cook for 20 minutes. When there is a little soup left in the pan, add chicken essence and mix well.
