oily flour pie
Making this oily noodle pie was purely accidental. The dough was mixed yesterday. I took it out of the refrigerator this morning and had some moisture. I didn't want to add flour in, so I just added some oil and mix it into oily noodles. The meat filling was also made yesterday. There were not enough sesame seeds left over from the [Double Festival Celebration] Braised taro tofu meat buns, so I only made 2 and a half with sesame seeds filling.
