Steamed eggs with fried dough sticks
By SimBailey
When I was a child, my mother often made steamed eggs with fried dough sticks. Everyone liked it very much, and she didn't have much effort to cook the rice. She put the steamed eggs in the rice bowl, took the rice, and grunted, and the whole bowl of rice was finished. Now that I think about it, I have endless aftershocks, and I miss my mother very much. I just made fried dough sticks today and started making this dish again.

Steps for Steamed eggs with fried dough sticks

1
Cut the dough sticks into slices and beat the eggs carefully.
2
Keep a complete half of the shell and use it to measure water.
3
Beat the eggs evenly, add water from 4 and a half eggshells and appropriate amount of salt, and stir well.
4
Place the fried dough stick slices on a plate, pour in the egg liquid, and use a sieve to separate out the foam of the egg liquid.
5
Stir it a few times on a plate to make the dough sticks more evenly distributed.
6
Put hot water into the pot, and the heat should not be too high, because the amount of eggs is small and can easily be oversteamed. If the plate is large, the egg liquid level is not deep, it will take about 4- 5 minutes. Sprinkle a few drops of sesame oil on the back of the pot. (Each family's stove and pot are different, and the time I give is just a reference.)
