Steps for Roasted chicken wings with mushrooms

Wash the chicken wings, use a knife to cut the incision, and marinate them for an hour with soy sauce, salt, cooking wine, and ginger and garlic.2
Keep the water used to soak mushrooms.3
Put oil in the pan and fry the chicken wings on both sides to yellow, add the ginger and garlic and stir fry until fragrant, and then add the mushrooms and stir well. Note: The chicken wings were salty enough when marinating, but I didn't add salt in the end.4
Add the water in which the mushrooms are soaked, bring to a boil and turn to low heat until the juice is complete.
