Steps for Beef soup with mixed vegetables

Cut the beef into small pieces.

Blanch water and drain for later use.

Cut broccoli into small pieces.

Dice carrot.

Cut the potatoes into large pieces.

Dice red peppers.

Dice the onions.

Cut the tomatoes into large pieces.

Put in the oil and add ginger to the oil pan.

Stir fry onions and red peppers first.

Stir fry until the onions are transparent, then add the beef and saute until fragrant.

Shovel up the materials and enlarge them into the hot pan.

Then stir-fry broccoli, potatoes and carrots.

Finally add the tomatoes and stir fry again.

After frying until soft, shovel up and enlarge the pan.

Put water on high heat and cook for two hours, then add salt to taste.
