Steps for Home-cooked rapeseed tofu
1
Slice tofu, dip in water and fry until golden brown on both sides. The oil temperature does not need to be too high, just a low heat will do.2
Wash the rapeseed and cut it into small pieces. Marinate the tenderloin pork with appropriate amount of cooking wine and soy sauce for 5 minutes. Chop green onions, ginger and garlic for later use.3
Add the oil into the pan, add the onions, ginger and garlic when it is hot for 5 minutes, and stir fry until fragrant.4
Put the tenderloin into the pan to smooth and add a few drops of vinegar (to keep the meat tender).5
When the meat changes color, add the tofu that has just been fried, stir fry for a few times, and pour into a small bowl of water.6
After the water boils, add the chopped rapeseed (the rapeseed stems are below and the rapeseed leaves are above), add a spoonful of salt, cover the lid and simmer for 5 minutes.7
Open the lid, and the dishes are basically completed. Add a proper amount of chicken powder and stir well, use a thin layer of water starch to thicken, and drop some sesame oil before leaving the pan. Done!Home-cooked rapeseed tofu Make Tips
