Rinse the pickled cabbage with clear water, and slice it horizontally two or three times with a knife;(After the pickled cabbage slices are cut into pieces, it can be more delicious) Cut the sliced pickled cabbage into thin threads; soak the vermicelli with warm water to soften.2
Shred onions and ginger, and minced garlic; after heating the oil in the pan, add pepper and star anise over low heat and saute until fragrant; add onions, shredded ginger and part of the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.3
Add shredded pickled cabbage and stir fry evenly;(Because there is no meat, I added some concentrated stock to make the pickled cabbage more delicious, and simmer for a while.) Add the vermicelli, simmer for five minutes until the soup is dry, add the remaining garlic, sprinkle with a little salt, stir fry evenly and serve out of the pan.
