Prepare ingredients; wash the rice in advance, soak it for several hours, drain it for later use.

Peel the pumpkin, wash it and cut it into small pieces.

Cut the tripe into diced pieces for later use.

Wash the onions and cut into small pieces; dice the garlic.

Heat the oil in the pan, saute the garlic slices until fragrant, add the fragrant tripe, and stir-fry until the oil is reached.
