This dish is very simple to cook, but it is very delicious and very nutritious because it is all vegetarian dishes. Nowadays, we eat too much meat and vegetables, so I advocate eating more vegetables and less oil.

Steps for Vegetarian noodles with minced meat

Cut all the vegetables into shredded strips (or diced if you like).
