roasted pork with honey sauce
By PansyHarvey
I use Li Kum Kee's barbecued pork sauce. It tastes salty and sweet, and I like it very much. On the one hand, the meat after being cured directly with this sauce will not be fishy. If other seasonings such as ginger, garlic, and cooking wine are added, it will probably mix the flavor, and the effect is not as good as simply using roasted pork sauce; On the other hand, is this very simple? Haha, what we care about is that it is delicious and simple, and it is stupid. Anyone can make it successful. (Don't put me in the ranks of fools because of this. I take up too much room to accommodate me.)

Steps for roasted pork with honey sauce

1
A piece of flower meat is about 250 grams, three tablespoons of barbecued pork sauce, and a little honey.
2
Wash the pork belly and poke some holes with a toothpick for easy flavor.
3
Add the barbecued pork sauce and spread evenly.
4
Place in the refrigerator and marinate for more than half a day until full of flavor.
5
Remove it in advance and warm it up, and place it on the grill to air-dry it slightly; preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Remember to place a baking sheet covered with tinfoil underneath to pick up the dripping juice.
6
Remove, apply the pork roast sauce on both sides, and bake for about 10 minutes. Remove and brush with honey, and bake for another 5 minutes.
7
Remove it, slice it, and set it on a plate.
