Steps for tomato and egg noodles

Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalks, and cut them into small pieces.

Put a large teaspoon of oil in a frying pan and knock the eggs in.

Stir fry until loose.

Stir fry the tomatoes well, add appropriate amount of boiling water.

Drizzle with ketchup and stir well, as much as you like.

Sprinkle with a little salt and chicken essence to taste. Because the ketchup is sweet, the sugar is left out.
