Japanese mushroom rice
By OcieKohler
Once the ingredients are prepared, you can hand them over to the rice cooker. It is delicious and simple. I also made miso soup to go with the rice. Miso soup also uses thin slices of bonito fish, and the recipe will be written separately. Skipjack slices may not be easy to buy, also called firewood fish slices, which are a very common ingredient in Japan. If you live in Shanghai, they can be sold in Jiuguang, Citysuper in Lujiazui and supermarkets on the bottom floor of Yaohan.
